Let me guide you on accessing the monthly subscription fee in QuickBooks Online (QBO) Malaysia, tass.

Let's access your billing history inside QBO to check the monthly subscription fee:

  1. Sign in to QBO as a primary admin.

Thanks for reply but I don't think we are on the same page. My question is every monthly we pay subscriptions fee to you. But, we need E-Invoice from your company to claim tax deduction for this monthly subscription fee.

Thank you for the clarification, tass. I'm here to help you obtain an e-invoice for your monthly subscription, allowing you to claim tax deductions accordingly.

Intuit has no physical branch in Malaysia. However, we ensure to send your subscription invoices via email to the primary contact in your account. If you haven't received one, you can either check and manage your spam and mailing list or follow these steps to get a copy of your subscription invoice. Please note that the billing history will only display the last six months of data.

  1. Go to Settings or the Gear icon.
  2. Select Subscriptions and billing.
  3. Click the View payment history link.

For more details about viewing your QuickBooks Online (QBO) payment history, please see this article: QuickBooks Online payment history.

Furthermore, if you need more than six months of subscription invoice data, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team to assist you further.

Also, whenever you're ready to file your return and record your sales tax payment in QBO, you can check out this article for the step-by-step guide: Manage taxes in QuickBooks Online.

Please let us know if you need further assistance accessing your subscription e-invoice or have concerns about managing your account. I'll be around to help you.
