Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser.

Like all modern web-based apps, QuickBooks Online (QBO) and its performance depend on the following: The computer’s processing power, amount of available RAM, and bandwidth of your internet connection.

 

If it doesn’t meet the system requirements, it can cause unexpected behavior while working in your company. We recommend that you use Google Chrome as your browser and that it is the most recent release to improve the performance of the online program.

It doesnt help at all. 

I have even changed Pc and it deesnt change. 

 

Forms uploading data is poor. Log outs on its own intermittently. 

 

Seems to be the server problem.

I've checked here on my end and found that there are no reported cases or ongoing investigations about this issue. Since the issues persists, I suggest contacting our Support Team. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment and be able to investigate this further.  

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click the Help (?) menu at the top right.
  3. Pick Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then chose Let's talk.
  5. Select Start a chat with a support expert.
