A client bought 2 tablets worth GHS 730 but Quickbooks records it as GHS 100 tablet importation. I need your help. Product and services records shows GHS 730.

I'm here to help you fix your records in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @samstephen20.

If your issue is about the product or service item that shows an incorrect amount when creating an invoice, it could be that someone has changed its sales price. This is the reason why it's showing a different amount in your Invoice list.

However, you can check your Audit log to review the recent activities in your QBO account. This way, we can verify if someone has altered the price rate in your item. Here's how:

  1. Go to Settings ⚙and select Audit Log.
  2. Click Filter.
  3. Use the fields on the Filter panel to choose the appropriate UserDate, or Events filter to narrow the results.
  4. Select Apply.

The audit log shows you 150 records at a time. For most transactions or events, select View in the History column to open the audit history. This tells you who made the change and what they did.

Additionally, you can still check double-check the product/service item and make sure that its price rate is correct. Then, open again the transaction and delete it. Once done, recreate it again. This way, we can correct your sales record.
