As of now, there's no option to change the settings that will only apply to QBO.
To adjust the font size in QuickBooks Online using a web browser, change the settings in the browser. Note that these changes will affect all websites. Here’s how to check and adjust the font size for your specific browser:
For Google Chrome:
- Click the three dots located at the upper right corner of the screen.
- Select Settings.
- Under the Appearance section, find the Font size and Page zoom drop-down menus, and choose your preferred size.
- Refresh the page, and then return to your QBO account.
For Mozilla Firefox:
- Click the Hamburger icon Found in the upper right-hand corner of the screen
- Select Settings.
- Click the drop-down next to Size to update it.
- Refresh the page, then check the size of your QBO account.
For Microsoft Edge:
- Click on the Ellipsis located in the upper-right corner.
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll down to the Appearance section.
- Adjust the Font size according to your preference.
Also, consider holding the Ctrl key and pressing the + sign simultaneously on your keyboard, or you can hold the Ctrl key and scroll up, to zoom in.
