ok so I was told to use the app. So that’s where I am working.
then click + it brings up a screen. I enter the amount. Then it asks for account. I chose Cash in hand.
then who I paid. I select one of my suppliers.
then date. I checked it is correct.
then details of transaction. What it was for
then save.
I also found ( I set the accounts up but I have no idea what I am doing in all honesty.)
I found some of my expense categories / suppliers are under accounts payable instead of expenses. I do know how or why they are there. I didn’t even know there was such a thing
now I don’t know if I have to change them or how to do it.
then … sigh, sorry I said I an ignorant here. A whole lot of expense options show as duplicate entries but when I go to categories or suppliers it doesn’t show any duplicates.
