Yeah, afaik, that particular functionality of the Transaction Rules table has been broken for about a week...as in, it doesn't work. The UI handle that allowed a user to grab a table record and drag-and-drop it above or below other table records is gone. Like, not there. Without it, one can't reprioritize Transaction Rules since there is no other way to change the priority value (I don't think). Nope. Can't do it. Btw, I cleared cache, went incognito, zoomed in/out, logged out/in, tried Chrome, Firefox and Edge. Nothing.
As a result, I can no longer activate specific new rules because new rules are placed at the bottom of the Rules list...below 85 other rules that become increasingly more general as their priority drops. The only way to activate more specific rules is to raise their priority above more general rules. Which I can't seem to do.
