How do I manually enter bank transactions without an upload?

Thanks for reaching out to the QuickBooks Support page, sangeetha@amantr.

 

I can share the different ways to get your bank transactions in QuickBooks Online. First, if you don't want to upload your transactions from the bank, you can add them manually in QuickBooks using the create icon (+ New). This allows you to create transactions you want to record in the register.

 

Another option is by connecting the bank account for online banking. Once you establish the connection, the system will automatically download the bank data for you. The following resources will guide you how this banking feature works:

 

 

Lastly, you can use third-party apps to import the transactions from your bank into QuickBooks.

How do I manually enter bank transactions without an upload?

Thank you Jen - I guess I would have to go through the process of entering every transaction manually.  I have tried the other methods, but there is a problem with the format.  

 

The bank unfortunately only allows a pdf download.
