I can share the different ways to get your bank transactions in QuickBooks Online. First, if you don't want to upload your transactions from the bank, you can add them manually in QuickBooks using the create icon (+ New). This allows you to create transactions you want to record in the register.

Thank you Jen - I guess I would have to go through the process of entering every transaction manually. I have tried the other methods, but there is a problem with the format.
The bank unfortunately only allows a pdf download.
