How does the System administration post entries

I'd be more than happy to answer your query today @chethan-kumar-ar

Let me share some insight about the entries that auto appears in your QuickBooks Online account.

The System Administration user displays changes that QuickBooks Online performed automatically. These transactions may be automatic credit applications, recurring transactions, and data modifications made by bank rules.

I advise going to the Audit log section to see the details for you to verify. This way, the transaction will be easy to locate and follow. Let me show you how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
  2. Click the Audit log.
  3. Filter the information if necessary.
  4. Search for the event in question.
  5. Click View below the History column.

For further information on using the audit log feature, feel free to utilize this article: Audit Log.

Once confirmed, you can delete those recurring transactions or bank rules if they are not needed.

Meanwhile, you can review this article to help you manage recurring transactions in QuickBooks Online: Create and edit recurring transactions.

Keep in touch if you have any other queries about entries that QuickBooks generates automatically. I'd be happy to assist you further. I hope your business and you continue to prosper.
