I can't seem to access/manage "Bills and expenses" and "Purchase orders" from "Expenses" in the "Account and Settings."

In QBO, the user type affects your accessibility in the different areas of the program. The Expenses section is restricted when the user type is set to Standard (Limited).edit u.png


I suggest contacting your company admin, check the permission level, and update it. This way, you can access Bills and expenses and Purchase orders in the Account and Settings.
