Hi @userinfo20,
Welcome to the Community. I'm here to provide some clarification about using QuickBooks Payments and linking PayPal.
Currently, the service is available to the United States and Canada version of QuickBooks Online only. Right now, there's no update yet as to when the feature will be available for International users.
Rest assured that we'll provide a notification when this becomes an option for your country. While it's unavailable, I recommend you check out the Intuit Apps.
Though we can't suggest which one to use, you can find some integrated third-party apps for receiving payments online. Please follow these steps:
Also, the PayPal connection is currently available in QuickBooks Online (QBO) US and UK. The system automatically disconnects an account if you're using our Global version.
As a workaround, you can manually download your PayPal transactions from the bank's website. Then, import them to QBO to keep track of your financial records. I'll guide you how.
I've attached an article you can use to accept online payments on your invoices using Razorpay: Payment enabled invoices—Razorpay.
Feel free to hit that Reply button if you have additional questions concerning accepting payments in QuickBooks. Have a great day ahead.
For the time being, you may accept payment by PayPal and Stripe. Then utilize a connector to reconcile the data easily into your QBO account.
