I can provide the steps on how you can renew your subscription, accounts474.

 

You can log in to your QuickBooks Online account and then follow the steps below on how to reactivate your account. 

 

  1. Click the Gear icon and select Account and Settings. 
  2. Select the Billing and Subscription menu and click Subscribe or Renew to the right of Subscription Status.
  3. A subscription renewal screen will open. If you already have an activation code, select that option and follow the instructions.
  4. Add the details needed and check the Terms and Condition checkbox.
  5. Click Continue or Make Payment.
  6. Select the Payment option and follow the instructions to complete the renewal.

Your QBO subscription can be renewed directly from Your Account. Here's how:
 
  1. Sign in to your QBO account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon.
  3. Select Your Account under Your Company.
  4. Click Renew beside Subscription Status.
 
To continue, open this article: Renew my account subscription. Scroll down and look for Step 2.
 
If after following the steps, your QBO subscription is still not renewed, I suggest contacting our Technical Support team. They have the tools to assist further with your situation.
