I want to see all catorgerised transactions for the last year in Quickbooks online

Welcome to the Community, Anne. I can help you locate all the last year's categorised transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

First, could you let me know if you are searching for the categorise transactions from your bank? If that's the case, here are the steps you need to follow:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Hover your mouse to Transactions, then select Bank Transactions.
  3. Choose the account you want to review, then select Categorised tab.
  4. Customize the dates, then hit on Apply once done.
  5. Lastly, beside the All Dates column, select All transactions.

However, if the transactions you are referring to are the transactions you manually recorded in QuickBooks, you can run the Transaction Detail by Account Report.

Here's how:

  1. Go back to your homepage, then click on Reports.
  2. In the search bar, type in Transaction Detail by Account.
  3. In the Report period, click on Custom Dates, and continue modifying the rest of the field.
  4. Once you are done viewing the reports, hit Save As.

Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have further concerns about managing your transactions in QBO. I'll always lend a hand.
