Greetings all,
I am currently using Quickbooks Online, and I want to know if there is a way to categorize an Expense Vendor for companies that are chains (having multiple locations under their name). Generally, I have been separating them as separate expense vendors as shown in the example below:
EX:
"McDonald's Yocumtown"
"McDonald's York"
Is there a way to categorize all of them as subcompanies of one? If so, should I use the corporation's address to fill out the information on the Vendor for the main one? Any recommended suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
