Mobile app cannot enter the expense value correctly

I am trying to simply enter the value for an expense in the mobile app version and cannot. For example i try to enter $85 and it stays at $0.85. I have tried the decimal points in all types of configurations and to no avail. Surely it shouldn’t be this difficult ?

I've replicated the situation on my end and I was able to enter the correct value without it reverting to decimal points. In your case, you might be experiencing some glitch or issue with the app. To fix this, let's refresh your mobile app's data. By doing so, we can eliminate any stored data that may have caused the unexpected behavior.

 

If you're using an Android device, here's how:

 

  1. From More Options, select the Settings tab.
  2. Choose the Refresh Data menu.
  3. Hit Yes.

 

For iOs: 
 

  1. Go to the Menu icon at the top left corner of the screen.
  2. Choose Help & Feedback.
  3. Select Refresh Data and Refresh.

 

If you get the same result, you can uninstall and reinstall the app to start a clean slate. This completely removes traces of the app in your device.

Thanks for the reply. I deleted the app and reinstalled. I still have the same issue. Vendor/bill I cannot put in the value i want. Really frustrating

please help
