Since Community is a public forum, we're unable to open your account and verify why the subscriptions show as canceled. 

 

However, let's try running some troubleshooting steps. There's a possibility that the system encounters an issue that causes the error.

 

To start with, let's open QuickBooks in a private window. It is the best place to identify any browser-related concerns. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to open one:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Shift N

 

If the cancelation page disappears, we can go back to a regular browser and clear its cache. A piled cache can also be the reason for some unexpected issues on the opened pages.

 

We can also switch to a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge.

 

If you're still prompted with the cancellation page, you can resubscribe to continue your QuickBooks Online subscription.
