Since you're still unable to save files after making a payment, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks support team. They'll be able to verify the subscription and help you further with the renewal.

 

Here's how you can reach them:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right. 
  2. Choose Contact Us
  3. Enter your specific concern in the What can we help you with? box. 
  4. Click Let's talk
  5. Choose how you want to contact support.

I have removed your phone number for security reasons. If you're trying to renew your QuickBooks Online account, but the file hasn't been activated despite entering the correct activation code, you can contact our support team through chat or by sending an e-mail. They can pull up your account and help you resubscribe.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to link: Contact Us.
  2. Select Managing your AccountBilling & Subscription.
  3. Under Here's how to connect with a QuickBooks expert section, click the Start a Message button or Email.
