Folks gday , new qb version , are people happy with it ? I liked the original . Can I go back ?

App updated automatically unfortunately. Don’t like the update , can I go back ?

Thank you for sharing your thoughts about the new look of QuickBooks Online (QBO). We understand that it can take some time to get used to such changes.

 

If you're using the QuickBooks Online mobile app, there isn't currently an option to switch between the new and old versions due to technical limitations and security considerations. However, you can access the old version by using QBO through a web browser on your desktop or laptop.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Open your QuickBooks account in the web browser.
  2. In the upper right corner, click on the Gear icon.
  3. You'll see a box that says "Switch back to previous QuickBooks experience." Click the Switch button to go back to the old one.
