Hi, i wanted to cancel my acc but I got billed already for a whole year. what do i do

While we respect your thoughts on discontinuing your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. I'm here to assist you with the process, bastianbuilders.

 

To cancel your QBO account, you can follow these steps.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QBO account in a browser on your computer.
  2. Sign in as the primary or company admin.
  3. Go to the Gear icon, then select the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, then select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the cancellation process.

Moreover, I'd also recommend reaching our contact support  to check your billing account. They will have access to your account details and can assist you with the cancellation process and any potential refund.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help (?) menu, then click Contact Us.
  2. Enter a brief description of your concern and select Continue.
  3. Click Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Get a call back from the next available expert.
