How do I fix missing bank transactions?

Hi there, Topher. I can help you find the missing bank transactions in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. 

Once you connect your bank for the first time, QuickBooks will download your transactions the last 90 days of transactions, while other banks will let your download more that 90 days. If you want to download more that 90 days of transaction, you'll have to manually upload them to your QBO account using the CSV file format. 

Here's how: 

1. Go to Transactions, then select Bank transactions.
2. Select the blue tile on where you want to download the transactions into.
3. Click the Link account dropdown, then select Upload from file.
4. Hit Drag and drop or select files and select the file you downloaded from your bank. Then, tap Continue.
5. In the QuickBooks Account dropdown, select the account you want to upload the transactions into, and click Continue.
6. Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file. Then, hit Continue.
7. Select the transactions you want to download, then select Continue.
8. Hit Yes, then Done.
    

After downloading your bank transactions, you can proceed to categorise your bank transactions to ensure your bank transactions are accurate. 

In addition, you can match your transactions incase if you have duplicate transactions after downloading the missing transactions.
