those tolls are very high in pricing.

We should have the option in QB itself.

It is asking for QuickBook Credentials.

Is it safe ?

@asha_kanta_sharma

Once a 3rd party app is complied with QBO, it will connect easily. QB will block any app if they don't comply with the security requirement.

Dear Sir,

In banking you can upload csv file for cash entries and bank entries.  Please use the format and upload the entries.

Let me know if any issues.

Thanks for getting back to us, @hariprasad. Yes, I'm here to guide you through importing your bulk cash expenses into QuickBooks Online (QBO), as @Alok Shah suggested above.

First, let's download the transactions from your bank using the two supported file formats. These are Comma-Separated Values (CSV) and QuickBooks Online (QBO), and the maximum file size is 350 KB. I'll guide you how.

  1. Log into your bank’s website.
  2. Follow the steps to download your transactions using an acceptable file format.
  3. Set the date range.
  4. Follow any on-screen instructions to finish the download.
  5. Save the file on your desktop.

Second, let's reformat the file correctly to avoid any errors when importing them. Here are some reminders to follow:

  • Ensure the Date format has a single pattern, such as dd/mm/yyyy.
  • Make sure that any transactions are accurate that display a number in the Description column.
  • Remove zeroes (0) from the file and leave those cells blank.

For more troubleshooting steps, see this article's Formatting CSV files for import section: Import Bank Transactions

Third, let's upload the file to QBO. Here's how:

  1. Go to Banking from the left menu.
  2. Select the Banking tab.
  3. Choose the blue tile for the bank account.
  4. Click File upload from the Update drop-down list.
  5. Choose Browse and select the downloaded file and click Next
  6. From the QuickBooks account drop-down menu, choose the account you want to upload the transactions into.
  7. Click Next
  8. Follow the on-screen instructions.
  9. Match the columns on the file with the banking fields in QBO, then choose Next.
  10. Select Let's go

To learn more about the process above, see Steps 2 - 5 through this article: Manually Upload Transactions Into QBO

Then, you can categorise and match the transactions to the existing entries in the system. Just go to the For Review tab to complete this task. It helps ensure your financial records are accurate.

After that, I recommend reconciling your account in QBO to match your bank statement.

I'm here anytime you have other concerns. Enjoy the rest of your day, @hariprasad.

Dear Sir,

You can save all your cash expenses in the following csv format and then upload the file from banking tab and then select the cash account

Date  - Memo - Amount

Once that is done you can bulk upload cash transaction through CSV.
