How to see an entry entered person in QB online plus.

You'll have to search for the specific person you've entered in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) Plus account, @9130 3479 7465 0806. Let me guide you how.

Based on your description of the issue above, it seems that you want to see the person you've added to QBO. Whether its a new user, customer, supplier, or employee.

If you want to see the new user you've added, you'll have to go to the Manage Users page. From there, you can update the user type and levels of access, remove one if you like, and even add your accountant to help you in managing your account. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Manage users.
  3. Click the drop-down arrow under the Action column to perform the task you want.

If you want to see the newly added customer, you need to go to the Sales menu and select the Customers tab. You can use the Search box to easily locate the customer and pull up their profile. (Please see the screenshot below).

If you want to view your supplier's profile. You need to visit the Expenses menu, then select the Suppliers tab. Simply click the name of the supplier to open their details. You can refer to the screenshot below for your reference.

Lastly, if you want to view the complete list of employees you've entered, just go to the Employees menu. From there, you can add another one, edit their details, and even make them inactive.

On the other hand, in case you want to see the person who made changes to your books and the entries they did, you can visit the Audit Log page. To learn more about this, I'd recommend visiting this article: Use the audit log in QuickBooks Online. It contains details about the record that you can view on the said page.

Additionally, I'm adding this article to further guide you in effectively managing your business using QBO: Help Articles for QuickBooks Online. It includes topics about getting started, account management, tax, and banking to name a few.

Please let me know if you have other concerns. I'm just around to help. Take care always.
