It's great to see you in the Community, Youna. I want to make sure you're all set to print your cheques in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

You can definitely print cheques in QBO. Here's what we need to do:

  1. Sign in to your QBO account.
  2. Click Expenses from the left-hand menu and then select Expenses.
  3. Locate the cheque you want to print and click View/Edit.
  4. At the bottom left of the page, click the Print button.
  5. A pop-up will appear to guide you through setting up your printed cheques. Click Yes, I'm done with the setup once you've finished.
  6. After setting up, View/Edit will be replaced with Print beside the check.

However, please keep in mind that this feature may not be available in some regions with the International version. As a workaround, I suggest integrating a third-party app with QBO to print your checks.

Sending your feedback to our product developers will help us enhance our services to better suit you and your business needs. Here's how to reach out to our engineers:

  1. Go to the Gear icon, located at the top right corner.
  2. Select Feedback.
  3. Enter your suggestions/comments and click Submit.
