I need to make the payment of a manual client

To clarify, are you trying to record an Invoice or Bill payment? Making a manual payment to your client is quick and easy.

 

I can help walk through the process. Here's how:

 

  1. Tap the New menu to choose Receive payment under Customers.
  2. Click the Customer drop-down to select your client’s name.
  3. Enter the date when you receive the amount in the Payment date field.
  4. In the Outstanding Transactions section, mark the invoice you're working on.
  5. Click Save and close.

However, if you’re trying to pay a bill for your supplier, check out these steps to make one.

 

  1. Go to the New menu to select Pay bills under Suppliers.
  2. From the Payment account drop-down, pick the account you want to use to record the entry.
  3. Fill in the remaining field boxes.
  4. Mark the box of the bill you want to pay.
  5. Hit Save and close.
