Payment says processing funds will be available shortly but it's been well over the 2 business days?

I recognize the importance of ensuring that your funds are successfully deposited into your account, ac4younme. I am ready to assist you in making this happen.

 

 In QuickBooks Payments, new users usually have a deposit speed of up to 5 business days for the first 1 to 4 weeks.  You will receive a notification as soon as customer payments are deposited, and this process will be much faster.

 

I recommend checking the current deposit speed you have first. Here's how to do it.

 

  1. Click on the Gear icon located in the top right corner of the screen.
  2. From the dropdown menu, select Account and Settings.
  3. Click on the Payments tab located on the left-hand side of the screen.
  4. Scroll down to the Deposit Speed section.
  5. Review your deposit speed.

If you expect your payments to be deposited into your account, I recommend contacting the QuickBooks Payments Team to check the status of the funds.

 

Here's how to reach them:

 

  1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right-hand corner.
  2. Type in "Talk to a human", then press Enter.
  3. Select Contact Support Team.
  4. Type again Talk to a human and click Contact Support Team.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us.

 

If everything's fine already, you can request to get instant deposits in QuickBooks Online.
