We want to update bank account details but it requires a US phone number to get a code. We are in Asia and not able to achieve this. Please advise alternatives. Thank you

It seems that you have the QuickBooks Online US account, which is why it requires a US phone number. You'll want to create an account specific for Hong Kong so you can update the billing information. You can sign up here, https://quickbooks.intuit.com/hk/.

Before you cancel the other account, you'll need to export the reports and lists:

1. Click the Gear icon.
2. Select Export Data.
3. On the Reports tab, set the desired date range.
4. Add or remove items from the Reports and Lists tabs by toggling the slider.
5. Select Export to Excel.

To import the data:

1. Click the Gear icon.
2. Select Import data.
3. Select which data you'll import.
4. Browse and locate the file.
5. Click Next.
