WHEN I LINKED MY OD ACCOUNT ONLY TRANSACTIONS WITH EFFECT FROM 20.10.20 VISIBLE WHERE AS I WANT TRANSACTIONS WITH EFFECT FROM 13.10.20

Hi there, @mavely2001.

For the first time bank connection set up, QuickBooks download the 90 days transactions. Also, there are times that it will depend on the data shared by the bank.

Since your transactions from 10.13.20 is not showing, you can manually download the bank activities to your QuickBooks Online account.

Let me walk you through the steps on how:

Step 1: Pick a date range

To prevent duplicate transactions, make sure you don't import your transactions that are already recorded in your QuickBooks. You'll have to get the date for the oldest transactions in your account. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Accounting tab.
  2. Select Chart of Accounts.
  3. Locate the bank or credit card account you want to upload the transactions.
  4. Choose the Account history.
  5. Go to the bottom of the list.
  6. Take note of the oldest transaction date. In many cases, the oldest transactions is the opening balance.

Step 2: Download transactions from your bank

  1. Log in to your bank or credit card's website.
  2. Follow the on-screen bank instructions on how to download transactions to your computer.
  3. Please make sure that the date range for the download is at least one day before your oldest transaction.
  4. Once done, you can download your transactions and save the file where you can easily locate it.

For the next steps, you can read this article and proceed to Step 3: Revie the file format and sizeManually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

However, if your bank is already connected, you can manually update your financial institution account to download your transaction that is not showing.

I've also added an article to help you review bank and credit card transactions after you download them into QuickBooks Online: Categorise and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
