For the first time bank connection set up, QuickBooks download the 90 days transactions. Also, there are times that it will depend on the data shared by the bank.
Since your transactions from 10.13.20 is not showing, you can manually download the bank activities to your QuickBooks Online account.
Let me walk you through the steps on how:
Step 1: Pick a date range
To prevent duplicate transactions, make sure you don't import your transactions that are already recorded in your QuickBooks. You'll have to get the date for the oldest transactions in your account. Here's how:
Step 2: Download transactions from your bank

However, if your bank is already connected, you can manually update your financial institution account to download your transaction that is not showing.
