Where do I set up standard start times and finish times for employee

We can set up Schedules for your employees to establish standard start and finish times, Jacqui.

 

Here’s how you can do it:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Time and navigate to the Schedule tab on the left-hand menu.
  2. Select Add Shift from the Action dropdown.
  3. Choose the employee you want to assign the shift to from the dropdown list.
  4. Enter the shift's Start time and End time.
  5. Add notes or relevant details, if needed.
  6. Click Publish to finalize the schedule.
