Hi - thanks for replying. A few weeks ago Quickbooks online changed the format of the menus on the left-hand panel. It used to have an item called Bank, which contained an option for viewing tags. This is no longer here since the changes and it seems there are no new options to view tags. I've attached a screen shot the help explanation of changes, which clearly does not include a Bank option any more. any ideas? thanks.
Thank you for the prompt reply, accounts. Let me chime in and share insights about the Tags feature in your navigation menu in QuickBooks.
Yes, you're correct. In QuickBooks' old interface, the Banking menu has a column where the Tag feature is located.
However, QuickBooks updates its interface regularly for a better experience. For now, the Banking menu is changed into Transactions, and you can view the Tags feature by going to the Lists menu. For more details about using tags, see this article: What are tags and why should I use them? This is a US article but will work in your account.
On the other, if you'd like to add the Tags feature in the Transactions menu, I'd suggest sending feedback to our product development team. They may consider your suggestion and will work on its progress to include them in future updates.
Here's how to send feedback:
Additionally, I would like to provide you with some helpful resources that will assist you in quickly accessing the necessary menus and modifying your account's view:

Hi - thanks for this help. However I find it strange that you say that QB is updated for better experience, but at the same time you take features away. Tags is relatively new as I understand it, it was very convenient to have access to the summary page with only one click. Now, according to your instructions, it takes 3 - clicks the Gears, click All Lists, click Tags. I'm sure you'll appreciate that some people like myself will have spent a great deal of time incorporating tags into our workflow, only to find that it's been buried in submenus. Thank you for the link to making recommendations - I'll do that now. Cheers.
