Not all banks are supported is part of the participating financial institutions. This is the reason why you can't see Kotak Bank when adding it in Online Banking.
Although, you can submit a request to have your bank supported in QBO. Here's how:
- Go back the Banking page and click Add account.
- Search for the name of your financial institution. You will see a message that says, "Hmm, we can’t find [name of the bank you entered] in our list of supported banks," and you will be presented with helpful tips to try and locate your bank account.
- Click Request support for your bank.
- Enter your bank's web address (URL) in the field provided, then select Request.
Once we receive a request, our engineers will reach out to your bank and work with them to check if an integration is possible.
In the meantime, you can download a CSV copy of your transactions from your bank's website. Then, import it in QBO. Here's an article that shares more details about this: Manually Upload Transactions into QuickBooks Online.
