Hello Everyone,
The main account was created in Malaysia and the Plus package was selected. This plan allows me to create five users. An user has been created for one of the employees located in Türkiye. But whenever the employee tries to enter the system, this problem appears ( Access is deined )
A complaint was filed more than two weeks ago to customer service, but unfortunately there is no response yet except procrastination and delay!!
Is there a solution to this problem ???
My work has completely stopped due to technical problem! I am unable to procced with my work.

As you mentioned, you filed a complaint with our customer service two weeks ago but have not received a response. Know that the Community is a public forum. Therefore gaining access to any personal user information is not possible. It would be best to contact our customer service again to inquire about the status of your complaint and to discuss any progress toward a resolution.

Unfortunately, the response from technical support does not change! Every day the same response! " they are still closely working on it" There are no solutions yet! Wondering how to pay for a service that doesn't work?
Very shocked by the way they ended the conversation in an inappropriate way with the customer!

As much as I'd love to help you with your user access concern, we have a separate team that can better address this promptly. I'm aware that you've already gotten in touch with them, but it's the best we can do right now given that they have the tools to review your account and determine the root cause of the issue.
