In the meantime, let's access your QBO account using a private browser and upload the attachment from there. There are times that the stored cache and cookies can be damaged and cause problems when opening the QBO program. To start, here are the shortcut keys you can use:

If this works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. This will remove the stored cache or cookies to refresh your browser. If not, I suggest using another supported browser.
