Can not connect to bank. Error 102 since last month

Let's get past this error message to connect your bank account, mhaccounts.

 

May I know what's your bank provider? This way, I can check here on our end if there's an ongoing investigation about this one.

 

The error 102 occurs when QuickBooks Online (QBO) is unable to connect to your bank's website. The most possible reason for this is your bank is undergoing maintenance, or there is a server issue. We can check your bank's website first to verify this one.

 

In most cases, this error message usually fixes themselves within 24 hours.

 

To resolve this one, just manually update your bank account. Let me show you how:

 

  1. Go to the Banking tab.
  2. Select Update.
  3. If you still can't connect, please wait 2 or 3 hours and try again.

If the same thing happens, I'd suggest contacting our Technical Support Team. They'll pull up your account in a secure environment and investigate what's causing this issue.

  1. Click the Help icon on the top right. 
  2. Tap the Contact Us button at the bottom. 
  3. Enter a short description of your concern. 
  4. Tick Continue
  5. Choose Message an agent to connect with our support.
