QBO Advanced supports up to 25 users. They should have 1 QBO account for each region. Alternatively, you can have only 1 QBO account and use third party applications to manage other operations for other staff (e.g. Project Management, CRM).

The highest level QBO subscription, QuickBooks Online Advanced, has a maximum limit of 25 users. It's important to note that you can only have one QBO account for each region. If you have more than 25 users, you may want to consider using a third-party application to handle the additional staff.
