You can have multiple companies under the same QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. However, each company file requires its own subscription. Visit this article for more details about this: Create or add another company file to QuickBooks Online.
I recommend you reach out to our Customer Care Team to get the billing handled so you can continue using the preferred account.
Otherwise, you have the option to manually transfer your data from the QBO trial account to another QBO company. Once your trial expires, data will be available for 90 days. Here's how you can export them within the period:

Open your trial account as the Primary Admin. navigate to the Billing and Subscription menu. and pay it. You can't transfer the account unless you migrate the data manually.
