Hello there, Ctr3. Only companies that have been canceled can be deleted in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I can walk you through on how to do it.
To delete a canceled company:
- Navigate to your list of companies and select the Canceled companies section.
- Click on the three-dot menu.
- Then Delete.
- Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the process.
