I want to cancel Quickbooks Accountant Subscription. I have gone through all help articles and also contacted the support.
Everyone asks me to go to Subscription and Billing section and cancel the subscription. But the thing is that i do not see any 'Cancel Subscription' option at all.
I have sent several emails to support team with screenshots, but they just fail to understand the problem.
The over all experience has been horrible with Quickbooks support.
Can anyone tell me how to cancel my subscription?!

Since QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA) is a free program (no subscription), the option to cancel it is currently unavailable.
To check if you're getting any charges in your account, I highly suggest contacting our Support team again. They have tools that can pull up your account in a secure environment.

I can confirm that i have been assigned 15 licenses under the QuickBooks Accountant. I want them to be canceled as we are not using them.
Like you suggested i have contacted the support team, and their response has been too disappointing.
They even don't respond to days and QBO have been charging my credit card. And when they respond they just ask me to cancel in the Subscription section.
I have sent screenshots to them to show there are no such options for me and requesting them to cancel.
But they just don't seem to bother.
It has been a horrible customer service. This is one of the reasons why we shifted our clients form QBO.
Looks like my only option left is to send a legal notice
