Could anyone advise how we can fix these problems? We’ve been experiencing issues, including time-zone mismatches, date mismatches, and missing transactions.

We just wanted to know if this was an error on quo as well. Cause we've tried fixing the time zone.

QuickBooks Online sets your computer's default time zone for the recorded transactions, while the generated reports are based on the Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) zone, Joy.

 

To ensure future transactions reflect the correct time zone, you can update your computer's default settings. Meanwhile, you can manually edit the dates of the existing ones to align with your updated time zone.


If you integrated QuickBooks Online with third-party applications or online banking services, I recommend talking to their support teams. They can help verify the time zone settings used for transactions, locate any missing data, and resolve discrepancies related to date mismatches in QuickBooks Online. Additionally, you'll need to update any affected transactions as necessary.


For missing transactions within the Bank transactions page, you can manually update the connection between your bank's website and QuickBooks Online to download the missing transactions.
