In our Company address. I did not put this "ARE" but it automatically appeared at the end of our company address. Please assist. I cannot provide screenshot for confidentiality.

Once logged in, modify your company address. If you encounter no issues, clear the cache in your default browser. If problems persist, switch to a different browser such as Firefox, Google Chrome, or Safari, as the current browser may be experiencing temporary issues with QuickBooks.
However, if none of these solutions work, I suggest contacting our Customer Care Team to report the issue to our engineers. To reach them, click the ? Help button at the top-right corner of your QBO account and select Contact Us to talk with a live agent.

Please note that as per the live agent she said they are checking internally with the software engineers. It's disappointing to know that no other troubleshooting was made and I was informed that there are other users who experience the same since July 8, 2024 but still haven't resolved the issue. This is affecting our task and might result to big impact as we will issue invoice to our clients with incorrect address company.

Sometimes when this behavior happens, it is because of browser-related issues. You can log into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using the shortcut keys below to see if this will fix the problem:
With this mode, this deletes cookies and browser history leaving your browser clean and easy to access any websites and error-free. Once done, you can double-check if the ARE error is still showing when updating the company address. If it's not, go to your main browser and clear the cache. Cached files and data can sometimes cause a webpage to reload. Also, some browsers have a setting that can cause a page to reload automatically.
But, if the issue persists, you can switch to a different browser.
