No one for support. Chat support says they will raise ticket and it gets closed without any correspondence and without resolution of issue. There is no other way of communication neither there is any other way of payment. I am willing to pay the entire amount for the year upfront, i am ready to pay via any mode available but there is no back up plan. I do not understand how can there be no backup plan to resume service for those who are willing to pay.
I understand that you really need help to keep your account active. However, we have limited access here in the Community space, and the best thing we can do is to contact our Support team or wait for their updates. They they have the tools to access your billing details.
