While QuickBooks Online (QBO) does not currently have a direct connection for Mpesa, you can easily sync your transactions using a third-party application.
Since Mpesa isn’t listed in the system yet, you can submit a request to add it to our supported providers in the future. Here’s how:
- Go to the Accounting tile.
- Click Link account.
- Type "Mpesa" in the search field.
- Select Request a provider.
- Enter your Account provider name and Account provider sign-in URL, then click Request.
Alternatively, you can manually upload your entries using a CSV file to keep your financial records up-to-date.
