Before we start, may I know if you have encountered an error code or message while trying to resubscribe your account? This way, I can check if there are ongoing investigations regarding this matter.

 

For now, let's make sure your billing information is updated. This is the common cause why you're unable to resubscribe. I'll walk you through the steps below:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon in the toolbar.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. In the Billing & Subscription section, select Edit beside your payment method.
  4. Update your credit card info.
  5. Make sure the address in QuickBooks is the same as the one on your credit card statement.
  6. Once everything’s good, select Confirm card or Save.

Then, you can resubscribe to your QBO account by following the steps outlined below:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to your Gear icon and choose Account and Settings.
  3. Select Billing & Subscription and click the Resubscribe link.
  4. Enter the new billing information. Then, select Subscribe.

Hello there, @rajalimalathy,

 

Unexpected problems in QuickBooks Online are sometimes affected by browser issues. This is because the cache will constantly overwrite itself without deleting the old stuff, causing the program to function poorly.

 

Incognito mode prevents cookies from being stored on the computer, making it a great place to identify browser issues. Use any of these keyboard shortcuts depending on the browser you're using:

 

Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N  
Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P
Safari: press Command Shift N


Once in the private window, try the following steps to resubscribe to your account:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Press the Settings ⚙ icon at the top.
  3. Under Your Company, choose Account and Settings
  4. Go to Billing & Subscription, then Resubscribe, and enter the updated billing information.
  5. Hit Subscribe.

You can also use a different browser for this or clear the cache to refresh the site settings.

 

If that doesn't work, I recommend contacting to our Customer Service to get help reactivating the account. Follow these steps:

 

  1. Click the (?) Help menu icon, then proceed the Contact Us button.
  2. In the What can we help you with box, enter the keyword "Account management and billing
  3. Hit the Let's talk button.
  4. Select either Start messaging or Get a call button.
