I'd love to get around this as soon as possible. However, my access is limited, and I can't check your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company in this public forum.
In this case, since my peer's recommendation didn't solve the issue, I suggest contacting our Care Support team through the Help icon in your QBO account. This way, they can verify your information and check your account in a secure session.
Here's how:
- Go to Help on the top right.
- Select the Search tab and click Contact Us.
- Then type your concern in the textbox and then hit the Continue button.
- Choose a way to contact the Care Support team aside from asking the Community (like starting a chat).
From there, you can request an email conversation with our Care Support technical team to investigate the hurdle further.
You can also contact us directly through this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en/contact. And then, select the International tab on the top right to choose your region/country. Click the Search for something else button to enter your concern about subscribing to a plan. Lastly, hit the Message Us button.
