Hi, After step 4. Enter Verification code. The image attached here is what i get.. Click "learn More" under "Choose how you want to verify your identity. " takes me to Why are you asking for my personal info? | IRS Free File Program delivered by TurboTax (intuit.com) There no verification question or reset password link.

Since you're unable to proceed to Step 4 of resetting password, we'll now have to reach out to our Phone support team to help you recover your account. They use specific tools to pull it up in the secure place and assist you with the process.
Once everything is fine, attempt to sign in to your account again.

Hi @DivinaMercy_N let me be more clear.
1. Am the primary admin and the password am trying to recover is for a staff. I have all my information set up but still i don't even see the "Forgot your Login ID or Password" on my login page. so the one for staff is not related to information completion
2. Note that the staff has forgotten the password and so there is no way he can login to go through the process of reaching "Sign in & security" tab you are talking about.
3. Logging in through the Code don't help because the code just send you back to the quick book help page with no link to reset password and no option for additional verification question.
4. After attempting wrong password several time.. his account got locked for 14 minutes.. now this 14 keeps coming back with even just one log in attempt. after 30mins
5. I have gone all the way to delete the staff from QB user and added afresh, sent an invitation link to join QB.. and guess what.. 14 minutes lock out notice comes a gain even when i did this after over an hour!!
So, nothings still works here to solve a mere password..
