Let me share some information which can be the reason why you can't find the Cancel Subscription option in your Account and settings.
First off, if your account is billed under an accountant, he/she has the Master Admin role and has the ability to cancel your subscription. If so, you can contact him/her so you can cancel your subscription successfully.
But if you're not billed under an accountant, we can consider performing some browser troubleshooting steps. This way, we can check if the inability to find the Cancel Subscription option is related to a browser issue or not. To do so:
If this works, you can clear your regular browser's cache so the system can start fresh. But if you get the same results while using a private browser, use a different browser app instead.
