Since your employees are experiencing issues logging in to their accounts, you can advise them to use a private browser when performing the task. This type of browser doesn't save the history of the pages you visit, making them ideal for resolving issues like this. Below are shortcut keys your employee can use to access one.
• Ctrl+ Shift + N for Google Chrome
• Ctrl + Shift + P for Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge
• Command + Shift + N for Safari
If your employees can access their accounts easily, please have them clear the regular browser's cache. This way, the system will revert to its default state and start fresh. Otherwise, they can use another supported web engine.
If they are still experiencing the same issue, we recommend contacting our support team for QuickBooks Online(QBO). They'll be able to take a closer look at your account and determine the cause of the problem when logging in.
