I'd like to provide some information regarding backing up in QuickBooks Online.
Currently, the option to back up your data is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. This newly added feature is only available in the Advanced subscription of QuickBooks. To learn more about this and to know what data gets backed up, refer to these articles:

However, you can export the following reports and lists into individual Excel files. Check this article for more information: Export reports, lists, and other data from QuickBooks Online.
On the other hand, you can look for a third-party app in the Apps Center to back up your QuickBooks data. Simply log in to your QBO account, then go to the Apps menu and search for the app.
