How to change PDF paper size?

Hi there, @enerconph. You can change the paper size to A4 in the Print settings on the print preview page.

Here’s how:

  1. On the invoice screen, select Print or download at the bottom. Then, choose Print.




 

  2. In the print preview page, click the Print icon at the top.




  3. In the print window, click More settings.




  4. Find the Paper size drop-down and select A4.




Once you’ve reviewed and confirmed the details, go ahead and print your invoice.

However, the actions you mentioned still produces a "Letter" sized PDF which, of course, you can print on to ANY size of paper that you want.

What I want is an option to produce an "A4" sized PDF.

Upon chatting with a CS rep, it appears that this feature is not yet available.
