Having a single login for your 2 companies is an easy way to reduce your login time.
With QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can have one sign-in for each of your company files. For instance, you can use the same User ID and password when setting up 2 or more company files. Also, merging two companies to have a single user ID is not an option. To find out more, check it out: Can I merge multiple companies into one?
As a workaround, you can export the data from one company and import it the other you want to use. Here's how:
